In the 8th minute Carmine Sabatino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Cappucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniele Petroni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Anfilogino Cappucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Narnia F.C.! Daniele Petroni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Anfilogino Cappucci made a huge save. Antonello Buonanno hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd match minute, Narnia F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferruccio Scirea to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Daniele Petroni made a precise shot to the right of Anfilogino Cappucci. Narnia F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ermanno Tiburtini in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo Cusumano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Narnia F.C.'s Ferruccio Scirea got a free kick in the 30th minute. Anfilogino Cappucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmine Sabatino in the 33rd minute of the match. Anfilogino Cappucci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniele Petroni in the 39th minute. Carmine Sabatino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Cappucci having to interfere. Ferruccio Scirea kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Narnia F.C.'s Ettore Pietrantoni got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Carmine Sabatino struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Anfilogino Cappucci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AESPA. Daniele Petroni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Cappucci having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ermanno Tiburtini was the one to do the kick off. If Carmine Sabatino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniele Petroni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Cappucci having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in AESPA's zone, Alfredo Pili stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amerigo Cusumano came out of the goal and Alfredo Pili tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute Ermanno Tiburtini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Cusumano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniele Mattei hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Carmine Sabatino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 77 minutes, Alfredo Pili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Narnia F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Pili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to AESPA getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Dino Bellomo hit a great ball. AESPA's Amerigo Cusumano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermanno Tiburtini in the 80th minute of play. Anfilogino Cappucci didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when AESPA's Carmine Sabatino shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Carmine Sabatino might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anfilogino Cappucci. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carmine Sabatino ran back to his position shaking his head. Carmine Sabatino struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Anfilogino Cappucci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AESPA. After some careless play in the Narnia F.C. defense, Carmine Sabatino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anfilogino Cappucci. The Narnia F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anfilogino Cappucci should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AESPA fully deserved thier win.
