The score was 1-0 after a penalty in the 7th minute, where Parma fc:s Fabiano De Zorzi tricked Posatora FC:s Fabio Anelli with a difficult ball by the left post. Alberto Di Gregorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Pallotta having to interfere. If Ettore Giuliani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Posatora FC's zone, Ettore Giuliani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Anelli came out of the goal and Ettore Giuliani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dino Pallotta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Di Gregorio in the 17th minute of play. Dino Pallotta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Di Gregorio's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Ettore Giuliani took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Anelli. Fabio Anelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Posatora FC's Franco Conte got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Fabio Anelli managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Parma fc's Ettore Giuliani fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 32nd minute, Augusto Bozzelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Di Gregorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Dino Pallotta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, Posatora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Rullo to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Trombetta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Posatora FC's Fabio Anelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Trombetta in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Posatora FC's goalkeeper Fabio Anelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ettore Giuliani. Augusto Trombetta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Anelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augusto Trombetta to strike the kick off in the second half. Parma fc's Ettore Giuliani got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Ettore Giuliani made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Anelli. Posatora FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After having played for 62 minutes, Ettore Giuliani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parma fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ettore Giuliani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Franco Furino kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Augusto Trombetta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ettore Giuliani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Fabio Anelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Alberto Di Gregorio notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Parma fc's Dino Pallotta. Dino Pallotta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabiano De Zorzi shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ettore Giuliani in the 87th minute of play forced Posatora FC's goalkeeper Fabio Anelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Ettore Giuliani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parma fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ettore Giuliani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabio Anelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Giuliani in the 93rd minute of the match. The supporters of Parma fc booed when Posatora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosimo Cauli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 99th minute, Cosimo Cauli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Parma fc's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
