Spectators: 6687 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 0) Biagio Apolloni started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd match minute, Rieti AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Muzi to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute, Rieti AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Florian Andreozzi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ellera FC's Florian Andreozzi got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ellera FC's Edmondo Liberatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filippo Mucci in the 22nd minute of play. Edmondo Liberatore came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Rieti AFC's Filippo Mucci. But to his dismay, Filippo Mucci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Florian Liberatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Andreozzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Biagio Apolloni came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Rieti AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Biagio Apolloni couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ellera FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Eraldo Marsilio hit a great ball. Filippo Mucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmondo Liberatore having to interfere. Florian Andreozzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Rieti AFC's Florian Liberatore got control of the ball when Franco Ciapponi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 40 played minutes Rieti AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Muzi. After 44 played minutes Rieti AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eraldo De Marchi.

The wind increased when Florian Andreozzi made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Ciapponi in the 53rd minute of play forced Rieti AFC's goalkeeper Florian Liberatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florian Liberatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Andreozzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the game, Dave Mirto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rieti AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ellera FC the free kick. The supporters of Ellera FC booed when Rieti AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Mirto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Filippo Mucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Florian Andreozzi came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Ellera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian Andreozzi couldn't finish the play. Florian Liberatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Ciapponi in the 66th minute of play. Florian Andreozzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Liberatore having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ellera FC's zone, Biagio Apolloni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmondo Liberatore came out of the goal and Biagio Apolloni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Biagio Apolloni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ellera FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Eraldo Marsilio hit a great ball. Biagio Apolloni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmondo Liberatore having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Biagio Apolloni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rieti AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Biagio Apolloni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ellera FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! Edmondo Liberatore went to the wrong direction when Eraldo De Marchi was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Edmondo Liberatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biagio Apolloni in the 89th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filippo Mucci got free with Edmondo Liberatore in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filippo Mucci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Edmondo Liberatore made a huge save. After 97 played minutes Ellera FC got a freekick which was hit by Eraldo Marsilio. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
