Spectators: 6682 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniele Di Rado got the match started through his kick off. Claudio Picciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferruccio Maccioni having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Adriano Rossini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferruccio Maccioni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Picciano in the 12th minute. Davide Marinacci might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferruccio Maccioni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Davide Marinacci ran back to his position shaking his head. Ferruccio Maccioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Marinacci in the 15th minute of play. After some careless play in the Borgo Montello defense, Daniele Di Rado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Achille Guaita. The Borgo Montello fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Achille Guaita should have stopped the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Tolfa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Marinacci came free, but Ferruccio Maccioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Eraldo Pedroni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Picciano got free with Ferruccio Maccioni in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Borgo Montello were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Tolfa AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Augusto Sergi took the corner. Borgo Montello's Augusto Sergi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ferruccio Maccioni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Davide Marinacci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferruccio Maccioni having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Picciano got free with Ferruccio Maccioni in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elia Corsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achille Guaita having to interfere. If Daniele Di Rado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Davide Marinacci stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Fedele Mattei notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tolfa AFC's Ferruccio Maccioni. Ferruccio Maccioni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniele Di Rado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Achille Guaita came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Tolfa AFC's Elia Corsi. But to his dismay, Elia Corsi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. With a little luck, Borgo Montello's Achille Guaita got control of the ball when Elia Corsi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Tolfa AFC booed when Borgo Montello was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedele Mattei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elia Corsi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute Davide Marinacci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferruccio Maccioni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Picciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ferruccio Maccioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Marinacci in the 84th minute of play. Claudio Picciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ferruccio Maccioni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Tolfa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Picciano came free, but Ferruccio Maccioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Tolfa AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
