Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mosciano FC's Ercole Pace started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arese's Domenico Genovese proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Arese from getting a goal against them. Alex Gualtieri charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Gualtieri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Ercole Pace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ercole Pace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Domenico Genovese tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Liberati could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Domenico Genovese made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ercole Pace in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domenico Genovese saved Arese from getting behind. 33 minutes into the game, Ercole Pace recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Domenico Genovese. Ercole Pace showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Domenico Genovese showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercole Pace in the 36th minute of the match. Alvaro Gigli kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Mosciano FC's Domenico Genovese threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ercole Pace, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ercole Pace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Genovese having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Fortuna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Ercole Pace ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domenico Genovese was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 60th minute Emiliano Orsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Genovese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ercole Pace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ercole Pace recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Flavio Fortuna came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Arese fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Fortuna couldn't finish the play. Ferdinando Bracco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabiano Buffone in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Arese's goal looked a bit too open when Ercole Pace came free, but Domenico Genovese reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ercole Pace in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domenico Genovese prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Domenico Genovese stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ercole Pace's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Arese's Domenico Genovese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Liberati in the 83rd minute of play. If Ercole Pace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenico Genovese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Liberati in the 89th minute of play. Ercole Pace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Genovese having to interfere. In the 98th minute Claudio Liberati shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Genovese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
