Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Achille Cerri in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enzo Marsili prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th minute Achille Cerri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Marsili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armin Ricci kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Donato Uguccioni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Agort City FC's zone, Fortunato Minotti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anfilogino Pala came out of the goal and Fortunato Minotti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Camillo Chioda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Marsili having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Achille Cerri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enzo Marsili was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Caltana AFC defense, Achille Cerri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enzo Marsili. The Caltana AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enzo Marsili should have stopped the shot. Donato Uguccioni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Anfilogino Pala made a huge save. Donato Uguccioni's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anfilogino Pala firmly grabbed it by the left post. Anthony Vierchowod received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Anfilogino Pala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anfilogino Pala didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Enzo Marsili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camillo Chioda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enzo Marsili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camillo Chioda, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Achille Cerri made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Achille Cerri in the 53rd minute of play forced Caltana AFC's goalkeeper Enzo Marsili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camillo Chioda got free with Enzo Marsili in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donato Uguccioni took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anfilogino Pala. Anfilogino Pala dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Agort City FC's zone, Fortunato Minotti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anfilogino Pala came out of the goal and Fortunato Minotti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enzo Marsili made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Camillo Chioda sent off a good shot on target. Enzo Marsili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Cerri, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Ciro Capuozzi hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Camillo Chioda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enzo Marsili was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Agort City FC's Camillo Chioda got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Agort City FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
