After a defensive mix-up in Bellaria's zone, Demetrio Iovine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortunato Pozzo came out of the goal and Demetrio Iovine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anselmo Picciano didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bellaria's Damiano Vasco shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damiano Vasco got free with Anselmo Picciano in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Comunardo Carozza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Damiano Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bellaria eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
