After a rather tough play, Paltana FC's Edmondo Landolfi got a free kick in the 27th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Lorenzi during the 31st minute. Emiliano Pellegrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore De Tommasi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Rivanazzano FC's Beppe Gambini got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ettore De Tommasi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
