Domenico Crisantemo came out of the goal and Anselmo De Tommasi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Valeriano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Alberto Borrelli in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Domenico Crisantemo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Achille Minicucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Szczepan Wolnik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domenico Crisantemo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Valeriano made a substitution. Emanuele Simonetti replaced Fedele Serafini. In the 66th minute Szczepan Wolnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Crisantemo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amos Testa hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Szczepan Wolnik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domenico Crisantemo was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. When Anselmo De Tommasi came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Valeriano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo De Tommasi couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Valeriano were the better team. Valeriano's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
