Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amos Di Mario kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Filtro Football Club 2.0's goalkeeper Edoardo Baresi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edoardo Baresi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugenio Ciaccia's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, Eraldo Ranieri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cornaiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eraldo Ranieri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 20 minutes, Eugenio Ciaccia made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Filtro Football Club 2.0's Edoardo Baresi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dario Carlini charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Carlini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cornaiano getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Dario Carlini hit a great ball. When Amos Di Mario came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Filtro Football Club 2.0 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amos Di Mario couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugenio Ciaccia in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edoardo Baresi saved Filtro Football Club 2.0 from getting behind. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Filtro Football Club 2.0's goalkeeper Edoardo Baresi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eraldo Ranieri in the 32nd minute of play forced Filtro Football Club 2.0's goalkeeper Edoardo Baresi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edoardo Baresi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugenio Ciaccia's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Filtro Football Club 2.0's Edoardo Baresi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eraldo Ranieri in the 40th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alessio Di Sante during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 41 played minutes Filtro Football Club 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Alessio Di Sante. Dario Carlini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eraldo Ranieri's late challenge caught a Filtro Football Club 2.0's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eraldo Ranieri helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes Cornaiano got a freekick which was hit by Eraldo Ranieri. Eraldo Ranieri took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edoardo Baresi. Edoardo Baresi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eugenio Ciaccia made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eraldo Ranieri got free with Edoardo Baresi in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Cornaiano booed when Filtro Football Club 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio De Amicis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciccio Gargano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Alleva in the 65th minute of the match. Amos Di Mario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciccio Gargano having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Filtro Football Club 2.0's Amos Di Mario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciccio Gargano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute Amos Di Mario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciccio Gargano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugenio Ciaccia in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edoardo Baresi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eugenio Ciaccia might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edoardo Baresi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eugenio Ciaccia ran back to his position shaking his head. Edoardo Baresi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eraldo Ranieri in the 85th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Eugenio Ciaccia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cornaiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Ciaccia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edoardo Baresi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the match, Eraldo Ranieri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edoardo Baresi. Filtro Football Club 2.0's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eraldo Ranieri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 95th match minute, Filtro Football Club 2.0 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davide Mantini to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute of the match Fedele Colangelo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edoardo Baresi skillfully saved the ball. Eraldo Ranieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cornaiano played a much better game than Filtro Football Club 2.0 and deserved their victory. The Filtro Football Club 2.0 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
