Corrado Bertoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Faieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulvio Talone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adriano Faieta struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Corrado Bertoni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS Scorpion. If Fulvio Talone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Piscinola's Beppe Ferri broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ennio Feliziani in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amos Conte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enzo Maiorano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Fulvio Talone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corrado Bertoni. Piscinola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fulvio Talone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Fulvio Talone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Corrado Bertoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Ennio Feliziani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ennio Feliziani was the one to do the kick off. Fulvio Talone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adriano Faieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Bertoni having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Ennio Feliziani dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amos Conte, 2-1. Enzo Maiorano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, AS Scorpion's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ennio Feliziani fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Amos Conte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio Feliziani, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Faieta in the 80th minute of play forced Piscinola's goalkeeper Corrado Bertoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Piscinola's Ennio Feliziani in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AS Scorpion's goalie prevented a goal. Enzo Maiorano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Amos Conte skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to AS Scorpion getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Achille Pietropaolo hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Piscinola players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AS Scorpion.
