The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dino Franzioni was the one to do the kick off. Bruno Mazzocchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, A.C.Picchia's Flavio Borgatello got control of the ball when Andréas Kellberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, A.C.Picchia's Bruno Mazzocchi got a free kick in the 87th minute. Flavio Borgatello made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Andréas Kellberg sent off a good shot on target. If Bruno Mazzocchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
