Felice Fabiani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Miranda having to interfere. 2-0 became the score in the 34th minute when Felice Fabiani elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Felice Fabiani kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ernesto Miranda. That made the score 3-0 in the 38 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Coscarella stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
