Fabiano Scandella came out of the goal and Alexander La Marca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabiano Scandella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander La Marca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Zula's Bianco Colombi threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fortunato Dossena, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zula fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! Fabiano Scandella went to the wrong direction when Emanuele Bassani was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 36th minute, Ernesto Forlano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Achille Musso hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Zula's Damiano Di Massa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. In the 56th minute, Ernesto Forlano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fausto Ingegno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Bianco Colombi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Forlano got free with Fabiano Scandella in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabiano Scandella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander La Marca, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 73rd match minute, Zula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bianco Valente to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Zula getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Damiano Puce hit a great ball. Bianco Colombi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Dossena in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Zula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Cocca to maneuver through the defense.
