Norbert Brysz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Anthony Quadrini made a huge save. In the 5th minute of the match Fogliano Marina AFC got a corner. Poggio Favaro's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anselmo Caneva ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 8th minute, Angelo Pardini made a precise shot to the right of Anthony Quadrini. Poggio Favaro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 14 minutes of play, Fogliano Marina AFC's Norbert Brysz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anthony Quadrini was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Fogliano Marina AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Anselmo Caneva hit a great ball. Norbert Brysz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th match minute, Poggio Favaro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlo Pensa to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Brysz got free with Anthony Quadrini in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute, Norbert Brysz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fogliano Marina AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. If Alberigo Casciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norbert Brysz scored 4-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anthony Quadrini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Domenico Landolfi kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When Carlo Pensa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Brysz got free with Anthony Quadrini in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Concetto Addari was the one to do the kick off. Norbert Brysz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anthony Quadrini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Norbert Brysz struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Anthony Quadrini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fogliano Marina AFC. Anthony Quadrini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norbert Brysz's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Norbert Brysz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Anthony Quadrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute Norbert Brysz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Quadrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Fogliano Marina AFC's Alberigo Casciano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anthony Quadrini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Norbert Brysz struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Anthony Quadrini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fogliano Marina AFC. Anthony Quadrini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberigo Casciano in the 74th minute of the match. Anthony Quadrini came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Fogliano Marina AFC's Norbert Brysz. But to his dismay, Norbert Brysz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Norbert Brysz put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Anthony Quadrini. In the 81st minute, Norbert Brysz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fogliano Marina AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After a defensive mix-up in Poggio Favaro's zone, Norbert Brysz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anthony Quadrini came out of the goal and Norbert Brysz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norbert Brysz in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anthony Quadrini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anthony Quadrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Brysz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Fogliano Marina AFC were the better team. Fogliano Marina AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
