Fabio Lepre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Di Carlo in the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Impero Romanista getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Alfonso Barchiesi hit a great ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Dario Di Carlo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FossaDeiLupi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dario Di Carlo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ermanno Orrore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Nanni in the 19th minute of play. Alberto Cameli in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ermanno Orrore, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Impero Romanista's Fabio Lepre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex De Bartolo in the 28th minute of play. Alex De Bartolo struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Fabio Lepre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FossaDeiLupi. Dario Di Carlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniele Catucci kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When Davide Nanni got free in front of the goal in the 37th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ermanno Orrore was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Impero Romanista's Amerigo Pala was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ermanno Orrore in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Davide Nanni's late challenge caught a FossaDeiLupi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Davide Nanni helped the player get up and apologised.

A collision led to Impero Romanista getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Fulvio Macchia hit a great ball. In the 56th match minute, FossaDeiLupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Minichiello to maneuver through the defense. Amerigo Pala struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Ermanno Orrore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Impero Romanista. In the 62nd minute, Alex De Bartolo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute Alberto Cameli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermanno Orrore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute of the game, Davide Nanni landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 69 minutes, Aldo Torelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FossaDeiLupi and the Impero Romanista players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in FossaDeiLupi fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! In the 71st minute there was a penalty for Impero Romanista. Amerigo Pala stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ermanno Orrore. 2-0. Alberto Cameli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ermanno Orrore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Alberto Cameli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Impero Romanista's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Cameli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermanno Orrore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alberto Cameli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the game, Impero Romanista's Alberto Cameli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ermanno Orrore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Alberto Cameli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Impero Romanista's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Cameli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermanno Orrore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dario Di Carlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelo Guerrieri charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Guerrieri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Impero Romanista's Angelo Guerrieri got a free kick in the 96th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Impero Romanista's zone, Dario Di Carlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Lepre came out of the goal and Dario Di Carlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Impero Romanista's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
