Fedele Mori showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a little luck, Alessioteam's Anselmo Mattioli got control of the ball when Alex Cerri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anselmo Mattioli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Mori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Maio hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Elia Gava took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anselmo Mattioli. Alessioteam's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Anselmo Mattioli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Mori in the 28th minute of the match. Alessioteam's Anselmo Mattioli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Alessioteam from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Fedele Mori made the kick off in the second half. Edoardo Fontana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Colombo having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Edoardo Fontana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Colombo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 59th match minute, Marina di Schiavonea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Palladino to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edoardo Fontana got free with Alberto Colombo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
