Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Christian Di Fabrizio made the kick off and thus started the match. When Dennis Margoni came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Lavagnola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Margoni couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute, Alfonso Foni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th match minute, Gardolo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex De Iuliis to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Ercole Carta sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gardolo AFC's Alvaro Marconi didn't even have to move. Dennis Margoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvaro Marconi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Di Fabrizio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 played minutes Gardolo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Bellucci. Alvaro Marconi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ercole Carta in the 14th minute. When Christian Di Fabrizio came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Lavagnola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Di Fabrizio couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the game, Alfonso Foni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gardolo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lavagnola the free kick. Alfonso Foni hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Christian Di Fabrizio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Marconi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Margoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Marconi having to interfere. If Christian Di Fabrizio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dennis Margoni in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alvaro Marconi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 27th minute, Cesare Giardini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lavagnola's Ferruccio Scotti got a free kick in the 28th minute. Cesare Giardini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Rosati having to interfere. Dennis Margonis short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Alvaro Marconi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dennis Margoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Alvaro Marconi made a huge save. Alex De Iuliis's late challenge caught a Lavagnola's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex De Iuliis helped the player get up and apologised. Alex De Iuliis kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Gardolo AFC's Alvaro Marconi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Gardolo AFC from getting a goal against them. Alvaro Marconi was a little too slow when Eraldo Di Paolo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-0. Cesare Giardini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Rosati having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristiano Antonioni was the one to do the kick off. When Dennis Margoni came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Lavagnola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Margoni couldn't finish the play. Christian Di Fabrizio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Rosati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Antonioni, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Cesare Giardini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christian Di Fabrizio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alvaro Marconi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dennis Margoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Di Fabrizio in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Marconi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvaro Marconi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Di Fabrizio in the 84th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Dennis Margoni put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alvaro Marconi. In the 94thth minute of the game Christian Di Fabrizio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gardolo AFC's Alvaro Marconi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dennis Margoni in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Marconi saved Gardolo AFC from getting behind. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lavagnola had played much better football throughout.
