After 18 played minutes U.S. Carosino got a freekick which was hit by Armando Di Nunzio. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of U.S. Carosino:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pedaghisa:s goal. Armando Di Nunzio kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Daniele Rotolo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ercole Goffredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Claudio Chitarroni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Armando Diana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Gulli having to interfere. U.S. Carosino's Ercole Goffredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arrigo Balestra in the 72nd minute of play. Emiliano Di Dio hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Armando Di Nunzio kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. When Daniele Rotolo came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Pedaghisa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniele Rotolo couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pedaghisa's goalkeeper Anfilogino Gulli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the U.S. Carosino players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pedaghisa.
