Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Achille Ippoliti took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bianco Tacconelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Ippoliti, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Settimello's Achille Ippoliti in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 11 minutes, Cesare Ciapponi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garbatella AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesare Ciapponi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anfilogino Cinalli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cesare Ciapponi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Casadei got free with Bianco Tacconelli in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 30 played minutes Garbatella AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Cinalli. Achille Ippoliti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Tacconelli having to interfere. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garbatella AFC's goalkeeper Bianco Tacconelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dennis Marcolongo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesare Ciapponi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciccio Silvagni having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dennis Marcolongo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Settimello's goalkeeper Ciccio Silvagni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesare Ciapponi. Ciccio Silvagni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Marcolongo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francesco Palladino's late challenge caught a Settimello's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francesco Palladino helped the player get up and apologised. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Garbatella AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aurelio De Marco was slow to take the kick. During this time Settimello's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Settimello's corner Aurelio De Marco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bianco Tacconelli quite easily take care of the ball. Cesare Ciapponis short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Ciccio Silvagni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Armando Casadei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garbatella AFC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
