Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5350, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Attilio Alleva took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Tassina AFC's Alex Strazzabosco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alberigo Spagnuolo. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. In the 16th minute Carlo Cesare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberigo Spagnuolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Livergnano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Cammarota to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes in the game, Carlo Cesare fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alberigo Spagnuolo having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Tassina AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Alleva came free, but Demetrio Manzoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Livergnano's Alberigo Spagnuolo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Iannotti in the 36th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuele Castellazzi in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberigo Spagnuolo saved Livergnano from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Livergnano's Demetrio Pinti got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Tassina AFC's Alex Strazzabosco got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Angelo Della Torre came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Tassina AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Della Torre couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alessandro Iannotti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alberigo Spagnuolo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alessandro Iannotti's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Alessandro Iannotti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberigo Spagnuolo was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. If Alex Strazzabosco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damiano Ferrario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute Alessandro Iannotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberigo Spagnuolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlo Cesare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Della Torre in the 74th minute of play forced Livergnano's goalkeeper Alberigo Spagnuolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessandro Iannotti in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberigo Spagnuolo saved Livergnano from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Livergnano's zone, Alex Strazzabosco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberigo Spagnuolo came out of the goal and Alex Strazzabosco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alessandro Iannotti struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Alberigo Spagnuolo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tassina AFC. After 84 played minutes Livergnano got a freekick which was hit by Demetrio Pinti. 89 minutes into the game, Alessandro Iannotti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Alberigo Spagnuolo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th minute Attilio Alleva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demetrio Manzoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberigo Spagnuolo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Cesare in the 95th minute of the match. Tassina AFC were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Livergnano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Camillo Brunetta took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Angelo Della Torre heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.
