Comunardo Di Matteo scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ercole Schiavoni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute, Jan Zabrzeski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th match minute, Termosteccone FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eraldo Ursini to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Comunardo Di Matteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The NAPULE È fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when NAPULE È's Comunardo Di Matteo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Termosteccone FC's Ercole Schiavoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Zabrzeski in the 24th minute of play. If Jan Zabrzeski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 34 minutes into the game, when Enzo Franceschini put in a rough tackle. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for NAPULE È. Jan Zabrzeski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ercole Schiavoni. 0-4. Armin Bucci hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Jan Zabrzeski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Schiavoni having to interfere. Ercole Schiavoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Comunardo Di Matteo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Jan Zabrzeski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NAPULE È fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan Zabrzeski was the one to do the kick off. Jan Zabrzeski scored 0-6 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ercole Schiavoni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Comunardo Di Matteo in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ercole Schiavoni saved Termosteccone FC from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, Termosteccone FC's goal looked a bit too open when Comunardo Di Matteo came free, but Ercole Schiavoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 played minutes Termosteccone FC got a freekick which was hit by Damiano Pizziolo. In the 62nd minute, Comunardo Di Matteo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ercole Schiavoni was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. 65 minutes into the game, Damiano Pizziolo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Termosteccone FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NAPULE È the free kick. A collision led to Termosteccone FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Damiano Pizziolo hit a great ball. Termosteccone FC's Ercole Schiavoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Comunardo Di Matteo in the 67th minute of play. Ercole Schiavoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Comunardo Di Matteo in the 70th minute of play. Jan Zabrzeski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ercole Schiavoni firmly grabbed it by the left post. Termosteccone FC's Ercole Schiavoni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Termosteccone FC from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute Comunardo Di Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Schiavoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ercole Schiavoni was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Comunardo Di Matteo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Comunardo Di Matteo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. NAPULE È made a substitution. Daniele Carnevale replaced Filippo Petroni. 90 minutes into the match, Franco Pellecchia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ercole Schiavoni. Termosteccone FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franco Pellecchia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Fortunato Orsini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan Zabrzeski had several of the Termosteccone FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 96 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-10 score and a disappointed Ercole Schiavoni as he didn't even see the shot coming. NAPULE È's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
