Sabato Rocchetti charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sabato Rocchetti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Disvetro getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Sabato Rocchetti hit a great ball. Fedele Fabiani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amerigo Zarrella, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 8 minutes, Francesco Maurizi made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lavavetri Salaria AC's Bianco Baresi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Francesco Maurizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the game, Herbert Rudy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bianco Baresi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Herbert Rudy took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bianco Baresi. Bianco Baresi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Francesco Maurizi struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Bianco Baresi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Disvetro. Francesco Maurizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disvetro's Herbert Rudy got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Francesco Maurizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Lavavetri Salaria AC's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Rudy came free, but Bianco Baresi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francesco Maurizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Bianco Baresi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Lavavetri Salaria AC's goal looked a bit too open when Francesco Maurizi came free, but Bianco Baresi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francesco Maurizi was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Francesco Maurizi lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Bianco Baresi. After 58 minutes of play, Disvetro's Ugo Pavia made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bianco Baresi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francesco Maurizi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bianco Baresi having to make a save. Francesco Maurizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Bianco Baresi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Lavavetri Salaria AC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Dennis Pagliuca hit a great ball. Bianco Baresi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francesco Maurizi went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Francesco Maurizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Bianco Baresi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Addari received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bianco Baresi came out and tried to block the shot, but Emilio Addari slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 72nd minute. In the 76th minute, Herbert Rudy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Disvetro's Francesco Maurizi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bianco Baresi. Bianco Baresi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Amerigo Zarrella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Disvetro's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Combi came free, but Fedele Fabiani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 played minutes Disvetro got a freekick which was hit by Ugo Pavia. A collision led to Disvetro getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Alberto Bianchini hit a great ball. Disvetro played a much better game than Lavavetri Salaria AC and deserved their victory. The Lavavetri Salaria AC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
