Spectators: 6675 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bernardo Manzoli took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Davide Tabacchi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Davide Michelini was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Guidonia getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dennis Lupi hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Roata Rossi's Corrado Trasatti tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Manzoli in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amerigo Cancemi saved Guidonia from getting behind. Armin Paganelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armin Paganelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Michelini having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Davide Tabacchi made a kick off. Armin Paganelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Davide Michelini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Davide Tabacchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Tabacchi in the 67th minute of play forced Roata Rossi's goalkeeper Davide Michelini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Guidonia's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Manzoli came free, but Amerigo Cancemi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Armin Paganelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armin Paganelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Davide Michelini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Formaggio in the 83rd minute of play. Armando Pich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Amerigo Cancemi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bernardo Manzoli came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Roata Rossi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Manzoli couldn't finish the play. With 92 minutes on the clock, Alvise Di Sante commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Guidonia! Armin Paganelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Davide Michelini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Roata Rossi supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Roata Rossi would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
