Franco Manna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charl Kustermans's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Villanova De Bellis's Ciro Florio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Ciccone in the 6th minute of play. Charl Kustermans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franco Manna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Anfilogino Di Dio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Franco Manna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marcon FC's Enrico Panico got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 13 minutes, Ferdinando Terenzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villanova De Bellis and the Marcon FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ferdinando Terenzi hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Amerigo Ciccone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Marcon FC's goalkeeper Franco Manna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charl Kustermans. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charl Kustermans in the 22nd minute of play forced Marcon FC's goalkeeper Franco Manna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Marcon FC's Amerigo Ciccone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciro Florio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anfilogino Di Dio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franco Manna having to make a save. 37 minutes into the match, Marcon FC's goalkeeper Franco Manna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charl Kustermans. Charl Kustermans's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Franco Manna skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Charl Kustermanss short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Franco Manna to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Villanova De Bellis players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Marcon FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anthony Giammarino was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Amerigo Ciccone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Charl Kustermans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Franco Manna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Villanova De Bellis's Charl Kustermans got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Villanova De Bellis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando Terenzi to maneuver through the defense. Anfilogino Di Dio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Manna having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Armando Cesarini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Florio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anthony Giammarino went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Marcon FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Villanova De Bellis's much stronger midfield.
