Spectators: 6680 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 0) Diego Salerno made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute Biagio Scarpone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Cusumano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Castigliese 05's Bertol Alvaro in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Passirana AFC's goalie prevented a goal. If Dave Domina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Castigliese 05 fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Castigliese 05's Bertol Alvaro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Armin Di Carlo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anfilogino Catini in the 14th minute. Armin Di Carlo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cesare Di Prinzio. The audience was convinced that Bertol Alvaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Cusumano was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Castigliese 05's Armin Di Carlo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fortunato Tuzzolino in the 20th minute of play. Diego Salerno hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bertol Alvaro in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Cusumano saved Passirana AFC from getting behind. Armin Di Carlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Salerno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Passirana AFC's zone, Dave Domina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Cusumano came out of the goal and Dave Domina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Rigoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fabio Cusumano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertol Alvaro in the 33rd minute of play. Fabio Cusumano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bertol Alvaro's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute, Concetto Cipollone left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castigliese 05 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 44thth minute of the game Diego Salerno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Castigliese 05's Armin Di Carlo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diego Salerno received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Armin Di Carlo came out and tried to block the shot, but Diego Salerno slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 46th minute. The Passirana AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Castigliese 05 were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bertol Alvaro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Castigliese 05 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armin Frezza to maneuver through the defense. Ferdinando Fiorentino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Di Carlo having to interfere. Anfilogino Catini's late challenge caught a Castigliese 05's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anfilogino Catini helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Passirana AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Catini to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Fabio Cusumano managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Castigliese 05's Bertol Alvaro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bertol Alvaro had several of the Passirana AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Fabio Cusumano as he didn't even see the shot coming. Armin Di Carlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anfilogino Catini, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Castigliese 05's Bertol Alvaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Cusumano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Passirana AFC's goalkeeper Fabio Cusumano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Castigliese 05's zone, Anfilogino Catini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armin Di Carlo came out of the goal and Anfilogino Catini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Castigliese 05's Aurelio Marulli got a free kick in the 76th minute. A collision led to Passirana AFC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Anfilogino Catini hit a great ball. A hard shot 82 in the game by Bertol Alvaro from a close distance when the talented Fabio Cusumano managed to make a qualified save. Passirana AFC's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertol Alvaro in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Cusumano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frank Rigoni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Cusumano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Bertol Alvaro in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabio Cusumano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fabio Cusumano didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Castigliese 05's Bertol Alvaro shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-5 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Passirana AFC's goalkeeper Fabio Cusumano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Passirana AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bertol Alvaro came free, but Fabio Cusumano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Castigliese 05 played a much better game than Passirana AFC and deserved their victory. The Passirana AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
