Arceto's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabiano Iovine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Fabiani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alberto Grilli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Fabiani having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvise Rizzo to make the kick off. Anselmo Fabiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Grilli in the 89th minute of the match.
