The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Filippo Monticelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chucky Corre in the 3rd minute of play. After 9 played minutes Visignano FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Franco. Chucky Corre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the game, Chucky Corre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filippo Monticelli. Chucky Corre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Chucky Corre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Bruno Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Visignano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Franco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fedele Panino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Filippo Monticelli made a huge save. Daniele Salvagnin kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Anselmo Di Iulio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Franco in the 38th minute of play forced Us Shangay's goalkeeper Fabrizio Colantoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Us Shangay getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Alvise Trotta hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Franco to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Visignano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chucky Corre came free, but Filippo Monticelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Pollastrini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Us Shangay's Amedeo Ubriaco quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Angelo Ruggeri, made in the 63rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Visignano FC's zone, Chucky Corre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filippo Monticelli came out of the goal and Chucky Corre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chucky Corre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Monticelli having to interfere. Anselmo Di Iulio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Visignano FC. 94 minutes into the match, Visignano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chucky Corre came free, but Filippo Monticelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Davide Musacchio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. There was no doubt that Us Shangay were the better team. Us Shangay's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
