Pasxalis Phocas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Di Gennaro having to interfere. Franco Di Gennaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Frabetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pasxalis Phocas in the 25th minute of play forced Castellaccio's goalkeeper Franco Di Gennaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anthony Cellucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Franco Di Gennaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuele Ascoli hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Franco Di Gennaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pasxalis Phocas in the 43rd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Pasxalis Phocas notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Castellaccio's Franco Di Gennaro. Franco Di Gennaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Castellaccio's Franco Di Gennaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Cellucci in the 52nd minute of play. After 53 minutes of play, Crociati Parma's Pasxalis Phocas made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franco Di Gennaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Castellaccio's zone, Anthony Cellucci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franco Di Gennaro came out of the goal and Anthony Cellucci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Crociati Parma's Ermanno Aversano got control of the ball when Damiano Passerini tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Crociati Parma's goalkeeper Ermanno Aversano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fortunato Gargano. After having played for 64 minutes, Anthony Cellucci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 92nd minute, Anthony Cellucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Crociati Parma made a substitution. Alfonso Bulla replaced Achille Di Crescenzo. Anthony Cellucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Di Gennaro having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
