Casale Sul Sile's Attilio Dionisi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Casale Sul Sile from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Casale Sul Sile getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Cesare Ferreri hit a great ball. Carter Petrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attilio Dionisi having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Casale Sul Sile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Verna to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Casale Sul Sile's goalkeeper Attilio Dionisi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute Alexander Riccardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Finocchio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casale Sul Sile's Enzo Verna got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Riccardi in the 29th minute of play forced Casaleggio Novara FC's goalkeeper Claudio Finocchio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casaleggio Novara FC's Claudio Finocchio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Di Cicco in the 31st minute of play. Alessio Sacchetti's late challenge caught a Casale Sul Sile's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alessio Sacchetti helped the player get up and apologised. Casale Sul Sile's Donato Coccia got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38thth minute of the game Alexander Riccardi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casaleggio Novara FC's Claudio Finocchio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Casale Sul Sile's Fabiano Di Cicco got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabiano Di Cicco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudio Finocchio having to make a save. Bruno Magno kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carter Petrini to make the kick off. Antonello De Lorenzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Attilio Dionisi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonello De Lorenzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexander Riccardi got free with Claudio Finocchio in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carter Petrini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Casaleggio Novara FC's goalkeeper Claudio Finocchio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Riccardi. Alexander Riccardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Finocchio having to interfere. Fedele Lepre kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Enzo Verna kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Casaleggio Novara FC's goalkeeper Claudio Finocchio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Riccardi. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Fabiano Di Cicco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casale Sul Sile's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabiano Di Cicco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Finocchio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabiano Di Cicco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Claudio Finocchio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Attilio Dionisi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello De Lorenzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonello De Lorenzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Antonello De Lorenzi came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Casaleggio Novara FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonello De Lorenzi couldn't finish the play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
