Filippo Riccardi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Barisano booed when Torretta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Quercia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Beppe Bernardi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camillo Alessandro. Torretta AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beppe Bernardi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Felice Fanfarone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Filippo Riccardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Bruno Quercia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39thth minute of the game Beppe Bernardi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torretta AFC's Camillo Alessandro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Beppe Bernardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camillo Alessandro having to interfere. Concetto Mazzocchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Camillo Alessandro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristiano Maio kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. If Concetto Mazzocchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felice Fanfarone made a kick off. Concetto Mazzocchi struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Camillo Alessandro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barisano. In the 64th minute, Angelo Di Giandomenico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filippo Riccardi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 68 minutes into the match, Beppe Bernardi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Camillo Alessandro, 2-2. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Torretta AFC! Camillo Alessandro went to the wrong direction when Bruno Del Duca was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Bruno Del Duca kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Camillo Alessandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beppe Bernardi, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Angelo Di Giandomenico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Torretta AFC's Felice Fanfarone got a free kick in the 100th minute. Torretta AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
