Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the match, Albinea AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto De Vincentis came free, but Francesco Di Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Biagio Martorella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Palone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 9 minutes into the game, when Alessio Restaino put in a rough tackle. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Biagio Martorella in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Palone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Biagio Martorella came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Albinea AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Biagio Martorella couldn't finish the play. Cristoforo Raffa's late challenge caught a Albinea AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristoforo Raffa helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes TaglioCorelli got a freekick which was hit by Cristoforo Raffa. After a defensive mix-up in TaglioCorelli's zone, Amedeo Berardini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Palone came out of the goal and Amedeo Berardini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Albinea AFC booed when TaglioCorelli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Raffa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Palone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amedeo Berardini in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, TaglioCorelli's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Martorella came free, but Augusto Palone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Palone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biagio Martorella, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With his leg Augusto Palone managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Albinea AFC's Amedeo Berardini fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 41st minute, TaglioCorelli's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Amedeo Berardini fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Amedeo Berardini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Augusto Palone made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferdinando Ciarrocchi made a kick off. If Amedeo Berardini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Palone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo Berardini in the 54th minute of the match. Cristoforo Raffa hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Amedeo Berardini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Palone having to make a save. Augusto Palone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amedeo Berardini's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Augusto Palone came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Albinea AFC's Amedeo Berardini. But to his dismay, Amedeo Berardini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Amedeo Berardini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Palone having to interfere. Augusto Palone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biagio Martorella, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind TaglioCorelli's goalkeeper Augusto Palone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Augusto Palone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Biagio Martorella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Albinea AFC's Amedeo Berardini in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TaglioCorelli's goalie prevented a goal. Augusto Palone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biagio Martorella, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo Berardini in the 97th minute of play forced TaglioCorelli's goalkeeper Augusto Palone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albinea AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
