Alex Scatena started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Codemondo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Mastrangelo to maneuver through the defense. After 12 minutes, Amedeo Zaccardi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Codemondo FC and the Bizzozero players grew even worse after the yellow card. Amedeo Zaccardi hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Dennis Salvagnin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Sagrario Martinez made a huge save. Sagrario Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Scatena in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Franco Scafati had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corrado Di Fabrizio. Bizzozero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franco Scafati was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bizzozero's goalkeeper Corrado Di Fabrizio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Codemondo FC's Sagrario Martinez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Codemondo FC from getting a goal against them. When Franco Scafati came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Codemondo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franco Scafati couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Amedeo Zaccardi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franco Scafati sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Codemondo FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Anselmo Lenzi made the kick off in the second half. Corrado Di Fabrizio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Lenzi in the 52nd minute of the match. If Dennis Salvagnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Codemondo FC's Sagrario Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Di Fiore in the 62nd minute of play. After 62 played minutes Codemondo FC got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Zaccardi. Alberto Martelli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sagrario Martinez. Codemondo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Dennis Salvagnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sagrario Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Scatena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th match minute, Codemondo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amedeo Zaccardi to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Lenzi in the 72nd minute of play forced Bizzozero's goalkeeper Corrado Di Fabrizio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Domenico De Fina fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bizzozero's protests and gave Domenico De Fina a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bizzozero's Domenico De Fina got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 76th minute, Emanuele Giampietro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corrado Di Fabrizio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Lenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Dennis Salvagnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sagrario Martinez having to interfere. After some careless play in the Codemondo FC defense, Dennis Salvagnin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sagrario Martinez. The Codemondo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sagrario Martinez should have stopped the shot. Sagrario Martinez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciro Di Fiore went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
