Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frank Milanese took the kick off in the first half of the match. Concetto Colantoni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberigo De Zorzi's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Damiano Battista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Crognale in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cerese AFC's Emanuele Righi got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo De Zorzi in the 16th minute of play forced Collina's goalkeeper Concetto Colantoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cerese AFC's Damiano Battista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Crognale in the 18th minute of play. Damiano Battista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessio Pala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damiano Battista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Milanese in the 21st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fortunato Di Persio got free with Concetto Colantoni in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cerese AFC's Damiano Battista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Crognale in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Frank Milanese shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Alberigo De Zorzi lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Concetto Colantoni. Cerese AFC's Damiano Battista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessio Pala in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Bianco Ciarrocchi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Enzo Crognale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Collina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Alberigo De Zorzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberigo De Zorzi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 48thth minute tested the skills of Concetto Colantoni when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberigo De Zorzi to make the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Collina's goalkeeper Concetto Colantoni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Alberigo De Zorzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 66 minutes into the game, when Domenico Alonzi put in a rough tackle. 66 minutes into the game, one of Cerese AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Collina's Frank Milanese got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ettore Petito came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Cerese AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ettore Petito couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Collina's Ciro Dominici got a free kick in the 76th minute. Cosimo Pilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Colantoni having to interfere. When Felice Romagnoli fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Collina's protests and gave Felice Romagnoli a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Collina getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Felice Romagnoli hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Cerese AFC. Bianco Ciarrocchi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Concetto Colantoni. 2-2. Ettore Petito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Concetto Colantoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cosimo Pilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Felice Romagnoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosimo Pilla scored 3-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Concetto Colantoni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Collina's zone, Cosimo Pilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Concetto Colantoni came out of the goal and Cosimo Pilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cerese AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
