Adriano Pari came out of the goal and Arrigo Cirulli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvaro Staniscia made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Bianco De Rubeis sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dennis Giocondo was the one to do the kick off. The attack was good, but when Arrigo Cirulli in the 85th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ettore Foni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bianco De Rubeis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sessarego FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
