Carlo Chiappini ran back to his position shaking his head. Ennio Crosta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Concetto Paoletti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alberigo Tiburtini. Piazza's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 41st minute, one of Piazza:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Piazza. Carter Imperatrice shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Bianco Barbato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Alberigo Tiburtini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Alberigo Tiburtini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bianco Barbato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberigo Tiburtini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bianco Barbato in the 55th minute of the match. Amos Antenucci's late challenge caught a Cimavalle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Cristoforo Cesare put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alberigo Tiburtini. Achille Banana hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Filippo Piola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberigo Tiburtini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bianco Barbato in the 91st minute of the match. Bianco Barbato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
