In the 26thth minute of the game Attilio Gallo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Duestars 1908's Fabiano Zoff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th minute, Alberto Mandelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute Antonello Tarulli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ennio Berardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Antonello Tarulli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th minute, Antonello Tarulli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ennio Berardi, passed just outside the right post. Fortunato Stumpo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonello Tarulli in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ennio Berardi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fortunato Stumpo in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ennio Berardi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dario Maccarone charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Maccarone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Valleandona getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Dario Maccarone hit a great ball. If Fortunato Stumpo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. F.C. Duestars 1908's Fortunato Stumpo got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Attilio Gallo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabiano Zoff came out and tried to block the shot, but Attilio Gallo slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 69th minute. A collision led to F.C. Duestars 1908 getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Franco Zulli hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes, Valleandona's Alfonso Gava shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabiano Zoff came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Valleandona reached it. In the 84th minute, Dario Maccarone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, F.C. Duestars 1908's Franco Zulli tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fortunato Stumpo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Antonello Tarulli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Del Nero kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Valleandona's zone, Fortunato Stumpo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ennio Berardi came out of the goal and Fortunato Stumpo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. F.C. Duestars 1908's Fortunato Stumpo got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonello Tarulli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ennio Berardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. F.C. Duestars 1908 fully deserved thier win.
