Torino F.C.'s Ennio Di Marzio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 9th minute Ferdinando Tatangelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Di Fazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Cosimo Carosella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 14 played minutes Torino F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Tatangelo. Fedele Pocobello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amos Pennetta in the 17th minute of the match. Barboni United's Andrea Di Fazio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Giordano in the 20th minute of play. Fedele Pocobello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anfilogino De Nardis in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Barboni United's Amos Pennetta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Andrea Di Fazio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinando Tatangelo in the 28th minute of play. Anfilogino De Nardis hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Anthony Baruffa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barboni United's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthony Baruffa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fedele Pocobello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amos Pennetta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedele Pocobello having to interfere. In the 40th minute Davide Lo Iacono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Di Fazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Di Fazio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinando Tatangelo in the 41st minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Barboni United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Torino F.C.:s goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Anthony Baruffa made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Ferdinando Tatangelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Di Fazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 played minutes Torino F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Davide Lo Iacono. In the 58th minute Barboni United were awarded a corner. Bianco Vasco went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Anthony Baruffa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fedele Pocobello was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Andrea Di Fazio. 82 minutes into the match, Ferdinando Tatangelo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andrea Di Fazio, 1-3. Davide Lo Iacono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Andrea Di Fazio made a huge save. Barboni United's Andrea Di Fazio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinando Tatangelo in the 96th minute of play. The Torino F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
