In the 5th minute, one of Snoopy FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Snoopy FC. Federico Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Niccolai having to interfere. Emilio Primaveras short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Emilio Niccolai to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 23rd match minute, Building was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio De Palma to maneuver through the defense. Snoopy FC's Andrea Iovine got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ercole Damiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinando Polo in the 25th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Federico Lopez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emilio Niccolai. Federico Lopez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When Flavio Bellisario came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Snoopy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Bellisario couldn't finish the play. After 40 played minutes Snoopy FC got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Bellisario. In a very dangerous position, a player in Snoopy FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! In the 47th minute, Emilio Primavera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Building fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Giammaria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emilio Niccolai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Primavera went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Federico Lopez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Niccolai was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Ercole Damiani was a little too slow when Edmondo Larizza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 5-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, Building could leave the field as winners, despite Snoopy FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
