When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Adriano Pallini sped through Porcareccia F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alvise Pelliccioni. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Adriano Pallini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bassa Valle FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adriano Pallini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvise Pelliccioni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adriano Pallini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvise Pelliccioni having to interfere. Augusto Fioriti's late challenge caught a Bassa Valle FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Fioriti helped the player get up and apologised. Augusto Fioriti kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Bassa Valle FC got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Pallini. In the 37th minute, Adriano Pallini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bassa Valle FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Alvise Pelliccioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Pallini in the 40th minute of play. Porcareccia F.C.'s Alvise Pelliccioni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Corna in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Francesco Corna notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Porcareccia F.C.'s Alvise Pelliccioni. Alvise Pelliccioni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Bassa Valle FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gordon Forrest received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Alvise Pelliccioni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the game, Gordon Forrest was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bassa Valle FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Porcareccia F.C. the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Gordon Forrest kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alvise Pelliccioni. That made the score 0-5 in the 77 minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Porcareccia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gordon Forrest came free, but Alvise Pelliccioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adriano Pallini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvise Pelliccioni having to interfere. Alvise Pelliccioni made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Adriano Pallini sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute, Flavio Montagna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adriano Pallini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvise Pelliccioni having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Bassa Valle FC's Alvise Pelliccioni threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gordon Forrest, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Porcareccia F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bassa Valle FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
