Spectators: 7716 (Terracing: 5788, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ciccio Di Francesco started the match with the kick off. Emilio Pasin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Fulvio Bocchi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Fulvio Bocchi managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Goalie's Camillo Minicucci fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 12th minute, Davide Lepori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demetrio Aquilino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute Francesco Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuele Caretti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosimo Furino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Emanuele Caretti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sarbia's Francesco Donato in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Goalie's goalie prevented a goal. In the 22nd minute, Francesco Donato left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sarbia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 30th minute Cosimo Furino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuele Caretti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Camillo Minicucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Coccolone kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Goalie's goal looked a bit too open when Ciccio Di Francesco came free, but Emanuele Caretti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Di Francesco in the 40th minute of play forced Goalie's goalkeeper Emanuele Caretti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Demetrio Aquilino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulvio Bocchi made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Demetrio Aquilino sent off a good shot on target. Emanuele Caretti came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Sarbia's Cosimo Furino. But to his dismay, Cosimo Furino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Pasin to make the kick off. Emanuele Caretti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciccio Di Francesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Emanuele Caretti came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Sarbia's Francesco Donato. But to his dismay, Francesco Donato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Davide Lepori during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Davide Lepori hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When Attilio Angelucci fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goalie's protests and gave Attilio Angelucci a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Goalie getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Attilio Angelucci hit a great ball. Emanuele Caretti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Di Francesco in the 77th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Emilio Pasin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goalie's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Pasin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulvio Bocchi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cosimo Furino charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cosimo Furino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cosimo Furino hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Demetrio Aquilino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Pasin in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulvio Bocchi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Camillo Minicucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulvio Bocchi having to interfere. In the 98th match minute, Sarbia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesco Donato to maneuver through the defense. The Sarbia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
