Florian Di Falco came out of the goal and Dario Melucci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florian Di Falco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercole Tiburtini, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as AKI Milan Devils's Ercole Tiburtini slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Florian Di Falco. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. Florian Di Falco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ercole Scarpa went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. AKI Milan Devils's Ziya Onur Ulukut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arrigo Coccolone in the 25th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AKI Milan Devils's zone, Arrigo Coccolone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ziya Onur Ulukut came out of the goal and Arrigo Coccolone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Frank Forte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goalie's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Forte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ziya Onur Ulukut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dario Melucci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Florian Di Falco made a huge save. Ziya Onur Ulukut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Coccolone in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Goalie's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Ferrara came free, but Florian Di Falco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to AKI Milan Devils getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ercole Scarpa hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. In the 87th minute Angelo Ferrara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Di Falco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ennio Lozzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ziya Onur Ulukut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelo Ferrara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florian Di Falco having to make a save. Arrigo Coccolone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ziya Onur Ulukut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AKI Milan Devils's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
