After a defensive mix-up in FC Spadolini's zone, Enzo Alleva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristoforo Contestabile came out of the goal and Enzo Alleva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardo Walcher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristoforo Contestabile having to interfere. Anfilogino Coccia kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, FC Spadolini's Fausto Improta made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anthony Di Girolamo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute of the match, Fausto Improta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anthony Di Girolamo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. SIGH's Anthony Di Girolamo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save SIGH from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Ferdinando Damiani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardo Walcher to make the kick off.
