In the 12th minute Ferruccio Granato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durlabha Burlaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bluèrose FC's Alvise Bucciarelli got a free kick in the 13th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Ferruccio Granato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borzoli FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferruccio Granato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Maxin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Amos Piacente made a huge save. In the 21st play minute Bruno Maxin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Amos Piacente. 1-0. A collision led to Borzoli FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Emanuele Fiorentino hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Bluèrose FC's Sandrinho Massa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelio Napoleoni during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aurelio Napoleoni kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferruccio Granato to make the kick off. Bruno Cacciatore lost his temper 74 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 73 minutes into the game, one of Borzoli FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bluèrose FC's goalie and right to Emanuele Fiorentino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bluèrose FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bluèrose FC had played much better football throughout.
