Julien Bohren, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Arrigo Di Vito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Achille Galeone's late challenge caught a Borzoli FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Achille Galeone helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 played minutes Nakapitu Nokatsu got a freekick which was hit by Achille Galeone. Amos Piacente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Di Vito in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Ferruccio Granato who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nakapitu Nokatsu's Didi Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute, Nakapitu Nokatsu's Arrigo Di Vito ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amos Piacente. Amos Piacente yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Arrigo Di Vito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 played minutes Nakapitu Nokatsu got a freekick which was hit by Ercole Lio. Anthony Fracassi charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthony Fracassi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amos Piacente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arrigo Di Vito, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arrigo Di Vito to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Arrigo Di Vito sped through Borzoli FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Amos Piacente. The supporters of Borzoli FC booed when Nakapitu Nokatsu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davide Fontana didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Arrigo Di Vito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amos Piacente. Borzoli FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arrigo Di Vito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Arrigo Di Vito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amos Piacente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arrigo Di Vito, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Borzoli FC's Amos Piacente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arrigo Di Vito in the 85th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Nakapitu Nokatsu's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Granato came free, but Didi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Nakapitu Nokatsu had played much better football throughout.
