When Alex Addari came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Bluèrose FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Addari couldn't finish the play. If Alex Addari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alex Addari came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Bluèrose FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Addari couldn't finish the play. When Aurelio Napoleoni fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bluèrose FC's protests and gave Aurelio Napoleoni a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bluèrose FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Aurelio Napoleoni hit a great ball. Eraldo La Marca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Spitaleri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniele Picozzi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 46th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Addari to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Christian Mattei kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eraldo La Marca. That made the score 0-1 in the 60 minute of play. Eraldo La Marca was a little too slow when Edoardo Spitaleri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-2. Aurelio Sampo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristoforo Scivittaro having to interfere. In the 87th minute Edoardo Spitaleri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eraldo La Marca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Corrado Cipollone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bluèrose FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SANTANDREA the free kick. In the 91st minute, Corrado Cipollone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eraldo La Marca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Spitaleri in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SANTANDREA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
