When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Alessandro Testa put it in 2-6 from a short distance just to the right of Davide Bordon. In the 83rd minute, Eugenio Corvo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugenio Corvo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniele Giampietro got free with Comunardo Del Greco in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cosimo Pesce's late challenge caught a Paltana AFCa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cosimo Pesce helped the player get up and apologised.
