After 18 minutes of play Mirano's Cesare Di Febo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After having played for 21 minutes, Christian Mazzei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kakamy Okatsu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Mazzei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Dario Nazzari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kakamy Okatsu's supporters rose to their feet, but Dario Nazzari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beppe Benedetti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute, Emiliano Basile hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfonso Vasco to strike the kick off in the second half. Eugenio Salemme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Beppe Benedetti having to make a save. If Dario Nazzari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Mirano fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kakamy Okatsu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
