Alessio Vani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Borrelli having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Beppe Grimaldi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciro Borrelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Dynamo Maya FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Claudio Graziano hit a great ball. Cristoforo Carlini took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Corrado Gerosa. Corrado Gerosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With a little luck, SSC Bari's Ciro Borrelli got control of the ball when Arrigo Monticelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alessio Vani received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ciro Borrelli came out and tried to block the shot, but Alessio Vani slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 25th minute. Arrigo Monticelli had several of the SSC Bari's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Ciro Borrelli as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ciro Borrelli didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 38th minute, which inside left pole to 4-1. In the 42nd minute, Emanuele Bozzelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dynamo Maya FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Davide Carlini kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ciro Borrelli. That made the score 6-1 in the 46 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristoforo Carlini was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, SSC Bari's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuele Bozzelli came free, but Ciro Borrelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Borrelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Monticelli in the 57th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arrigo Monticelli in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Borrelli saved SSC Bari from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arrigo Monticelli in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Borrelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciro Borrelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Monticelli in the 72nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arrigo Monticelli in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Borrelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the game, Daniele Rapone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SSC Bari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dynamo Maya FC the free kick. After 75 played minutes SSC Bari got a freekick which was hit by Daniele Rapone. Ciro Borrelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Monticelli in the 76th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Beppe Grimaldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dynamo Maya FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Beppe Grimaldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Borrelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dynamo Maya FC's Corrado Gerosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Dynamo Maya FC from getting a goal against them. 80 minutes into the match, Dynamo Maya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Admon came free, but Corrado Gerosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Dynamo Maya FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessio Vani to maneuver through the defense. If Haroldo Admon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Dynamo Maya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristoforo Carlini came free, but Corrado Gerosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dynamo Maya FC's Corrado Gerosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Carlini in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Daniele Rapone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Arrigo Monticelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Borrelli was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Dynamo Maya FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
