Livorno 1915's Carmine Rondinelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Zangari in the 14th minute of play. Livorno 1915's Fedele Granata got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Livorno 1915's Will Sheridan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elia Rocchetti. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Santa Nicola fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! Santa Nicola:s Elia Rocchetti showed great skill when he stopped Fedele Granata:s penalty. 31 minutes into the match, Fedele Granata had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elia Rocchetti. Santa Nicola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fedele Granata was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Carmine Rondinelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Zangari, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Will Sheridan notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Santa Nicola's Elia Rocchetti. Elia Rocchetti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th match minute, Santa Nicola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Spitaleri to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Will Sheridan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Livorno 1915's supporters rose to their feet, but Will Sheridan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elia Rocchetti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Livorno 1915 made a substitution. Donato Giusto replaced Fedele Granata. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Will Sheridan to strike the kick off in the second half. Eraldo Pasquino hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 54 minutes of play, Livorno 1915's Will Sheridan made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elia Rocchetti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elia Rocchetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Will Sheridan in the 58th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Will Sheridan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Santa Nicola's goal looked a bit too open when Quintun Rabago came free, but Elia Rocchetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th match minute, Santa Nicola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Spitaleri to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Will Sheridan in the 74th minute of play forced Santa Nicola's goalkeeper Elia Rocchetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elia Rocchetti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Will Sheridan went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Quintun Rabago put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Elia Rocchetti. 83 minutes into the match, Livorno 1915's goalkeeper Carmine Rondinelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amedeo Di Rado. In the 86th minute Will Sheridan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Rocchetti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alberigo Giusto fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santa Nicola's protests and gave Alberigo Giusto a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Santa Nicola's Alberigo Giusto got a free kick in the 88th minute. Santa Nicola's Alberigo Giusto got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Alberigo Giusto off the ground. Alberigo Giusto hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Elia Rocchetti came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Livorno 1915's Quintun Rabago. But to his dismay, Quintun Rabago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0.
